Warranty
What our warranty covers on parts we supply and work we carry out.
What is covered
Replacement parts we supply and fit are covered against failure and manufacturing defects for as long as you own the device. If a part we fitted stops working as it should, we will repair or replace it.
The workmanship of the repair itself is covered too — if a fault is traceable to how the repair was carried out, we put it right at no cost to you.
What is not covered
- New accidental damage after the repair — drops, impacts, crushing or bending.
- New liquid damage, including devices previously recovered from water damage.
- Faults in parts of the device we did not repair or replace.
- Damage caused by anyone else opening or working on the device afterwards.
- Normal battery capacity decline through ordinary use over time.
- Software problems, operating system faults and data loss.
Water damage repairs
Liquid damage recovery is attempted on a best-effort basis. Corrosion can continue after a device appears to be working again, so these repairs carry a limited warranty only — the technician will explain the terms before starting.
Making a claim
Contact us with your booking reference and a description of the fault. We may need to inspect the device to confirm the cause. Where the fault is covered, the repair is free; where an inspection shows a new, unrelated fault, we will quote for that separately before doing anything.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under UK consumer law and does not replace or reduce them.
