FixAtHome is a UK device repair service. Instead of posting your device away for a week, a qualified technician comes to your home or workplace and carries out the repair in front of you — most common jobs are finished in a single visit.

We cover smartphones, tablets, MacBooks and smartwatches across all major brands: screen and battery replacement, charging ports, cameras, speakers, water damage recovery and back glass. The services page lists every repair we do, with a typical on-site time for each one.

A price quoted from a dropdown is a guess. Two phones with the same cracked screen can need different parts, and a device that took a knock often has a second fault nobody spotted until it was opened. So we inspect first and quote afterwards, itemised into parts, labour and any service fee.

That is why there are no figures anywhere on this site. Submitting a request costs nothing, there is no deposit, and the quote arrives on the phone number and email you booked with. If you turn it down, nothing happens and you owe nothing.
