Terms of Service

A booking is a request for a repair visit. It is confirmed once we accept it and assign a technician. Time slots are estimates — we will contact you if a technician is running outside the agreed window.

The price shown when you book is indicative and based on the repairs you select. The final price is confirmed only after the technician inspects the device, and is made up of parts, labour and the service call fee.

Work begins only once you approve the quote. If you decline it, no repair is carried out and you pay only the service call fee for the visit.

Payment is due on completion, by cash or card terminal. No deposit is taken at booking.

For a mobile repair you must provide safe access, somewhere to work and a power supply. A technician may decline to work in conditions they consider unsafe, in which case the service call fee still applies.

Tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or rearrange. If a technician arrives and cannot access the device or nobody is present, the visit is recorded as a no-show and the service call fee applies.

Back up your device before any appointment. We are not liable for loss of data. Some repairs — particularly water damage and motherboard work — carry a genuine risk that the device cannot be recovered, and the technician will tell you before proceeding.

Devices previously repaired by someone else, or already damaged internally, may not be repairable. We will explain what we find before charging for further work.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits your rights under UK consumer law.
