Privacy Policy

What we collect when you book a repair, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This policy describes how the booking system actually handles your data. It is a plain summary, not legal advice — have it reviewed before relying on it commercially.

What we collect

When you make a booking we record:

  • Your name, phone number and, if you give one, your email address.
  • The postcode and address where the repair should take place.
  • Your device type, brand, model and a description of the fault.
  • Any photographs of the damage you choose to upload.
  • The date, time slot and status history of the booking.

Why we hold it

We use this information to schedule the repair, assign a technician who covers your area, quote accurately, contact you about the appointment, and keep a record of work carried out for warranty purposes.

Your phone number identifies your customer record, so repeat bookings are linked to the same history and any loyalty points you have accrued.

Who can see it

Your booking is visible to our office staff and to the technician assigned to the job. Technicians can only see jobs assigned to them. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Photographs you upload

Damage photos are stored with the booking and used to prepare the quote and record the device's condition. Please avoid uploading images that show personal information on the screen.

Data on your device

We do not copy, extract or retain the contents of your device. Most repairs do not require your passcode. Back up your device before any appointment.

How long we keep it

Booking and repair records are retained while the warranty on the work remains valid and for as long as we are required to keep transaction records. You can ask us to delete data we are not obliged to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond within one month.
